Riverside Home Ownership is a division of The Riverside Group.

By selling affordable homes through schemes such as shared ownership, we strive to help people take their first step onto the property ladder.

As Leasehold Managers, we also provide a whole host of services for residents including gardening, repairs and window cleaning for both privately owned homes and shared ownership developments.

The wide range of properties we part-own or manage include houses and flats in residential suburbs, city centre apartments and developments specifically for elderly people.

Riverside Home Ownership is one of the leading providers of Low Cost Home Ownership (LCHO) in the Registered Social Landlord sector. Riverside has sold over one thousand homes, mainly on a shared ownership basis, right across the North West and the Midlands area of England.

Riverside won the award for 'Best Overall Contribution in Affordable Home Ownership' in 2003, from the National Housing Federation and our aim is to maintain these high standards in the sale and management of the homes we provide.

Riverside wants to help build thriving and sustainable communities, so we also help tenants of Riverside's rented properties to acquire the homes they live in through the Preserved Right To Buy (PRTB), Right to Acquire (RTA) and Social HomeBuy Schemes.
