The Riverside Group was born in 1928 as Liverpool Improved Houses. In 2001 The Riverside Group was formed, a non-charitable umbrella for a number of housing associations and associated companies.
New companies can be added to The Group through strategic mergers or the transfer of homes from local authorities.
